I flunked out of University at 19 and had no idea what I wanted to do. After falling into a sales and marketing career, I found myself moving from job to job searching for fulfillment. Phase One: Being Unapologetically You
It’s time to take the guesswork out of your direction and get 'freakishly' accurate about why you do things the way you do. By the end of this phase you’ll know what really drives, inspires, and worries you, helping you understand where your career or business is out of alignment with your passions and personality.
Phase Two: restyle your mindset
Insecurity and low self-esteem can make change feel unnecessarily hard, which is why I work together with Cathy Regan, Rapid Transformational Therapist, to enhance your confidence and eliminate any need you have for other peoples approval.
I’ve learned first hand from clients and my own experience that fear of failure, imposter syndrome and the feeling of not being enough can put a dampener on your goals before you even get started.
This is where Rapid Transformational Therapy comes in - a relatively new, powerful and effective technique originated by Marisa Peer, voted Britain’s top therapist.
Unlike mindset coaching which can be a little ‘wishy washy,’ RTT gets to the root of the reasons why you hold yourself back. It also embeds powerful new beliefs and specific goals into your subconscious mind, giving you unwavering confidence, unstoppable success and the assertiveness you need to follow through on your dreams. For me, it was the only thing that helped me overcome 32 years of anxiety and give me the mindset to go after my real financial goals, the reason being it combines the most beneficial elements of neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), hypnotherapy, and CBT.
It accesses the memory and recall of your sub-conscious mind to pinpoint the limiting beliefs that hold you back. These beliefs are thoughts you formed a long time ago (often in childhood), which have been working away below the surface guiding you to continue with behaviours that no longer serve you, or your ambition.
As mentioned, this phase is carried out by certified Rapid Transformational Therapist Cathy Regan, who I work side by side with throughout to ensure 100% clarity on your career and financial goals. After your session, Cathy will also create a personalised recording for you to listen to every day for 21 days, which helps to ‘rewire’ your beliefs around money and success, and embed your new goals into your subconscious mind.

This is different from working with a Careers Adviser in many ways. #WhatsYourThing is created in a way that as you apply what you learn about yourself, you begin to remove the layers that no longer serve you. You will be able to do exercises that help you to rewire your beliefs around what you should be doing so that you transform the way you think and start to live from a whole new paradigm. This is for people that really want to live life with passion as well as let go of social conditioning and blocks that hold them back.
I've got a busy schedule, will I have time for this?
If you can spare a few minutes a day to scroll through Instagram, you'll have time for this programme. Each call is just 1 hour long and the program is systemically intended to give you enough time to process and absorb our work together so that you don't get overwhelmed. As you start to optimize your thoughts and energy, don't be surprised when you find yourself having more free time throughout the week.
